Visuals menu is stacked: box, skeleton, head circle, health, distance, name, team, weapon, view direction, and off-screen arrows.

I only need who is up and how far in a squad push. What do people actually leave on?

Start with box or skeleton, health, and distance. Add name or squad only when you keep shooting the wrong group. Set max distance so far infantry drop off. Off-screen arrows are the last toggle. They pull your eye off the box you already have.
